Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati - Transfer to Manas National Park

Arrive in Guwahati, the gateway to the Northeast, and meet your guide.Drive to Manas National Park (Approx. 4-5 hours journey).Check-in at your wildlife lodge or resort near the park.Evening at leisure to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.Overnight stay at Manas National Park.

 

Day 2: Manas National Park Safari

Early morning, embark on a thrilling safari in Manas National Park.Explore the diverse flora and fauna of the park, including endangered species like the Bengal tiger, Indian rhinoceros, and pygmy hog.Enjoy breakfast amidst the wilderness.Continue your safari, keeping an eye out for rare bird species such as the Bengal florican and great hornbill.Return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation.In the afternoon, take a nature walk or visit the nearby local village to experience the traditional way of life.Evening at leisure.Overnight stay at Manas National Park.

 

Day 3: Manas National Park - Return to Guwahati

 

After breakfast, check out from the lodge and depart for Guwahati.En route, visit the Kamakhya Temple, one of the most revered shrines in Hinduism, located atop Nilachal Hill. Enjoy panoramic views of the Brahmaputra River from the temple complex. Proceed to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
