ITINERARY FOR MEGHALAYA AND GUWAHATI

Day 01: GUWAHATI –SHILLONG
- Arrival LGB airport and visit the Kamakhya temple at Guwahati.
- Directly proceed for Shillong. On the way stop at Umaim lake and enjoy the beauty also known as Barapani Lake.
- Evening go for walk along Police bazaar where you can do shopping
- Overnight stay at Shillong.
Day 02: SHILLONG –CHERRAPUNJEE
- Morning after breakfast, proceed for Cherrapunjee.
- On the way visit Elephant Fall.
- Enroute visit Noh Kalika Falls, Ramkrishna Mission, Mausmai Cave made of limestone. Overnight stay at cherapunjee.
Day 03: CHERRAPUNJEE-MAWLYNNONG - CHERRAPUNJEE
- After breakfast proceed for Mawlynnong village, a small village in Meghalaya famous for its cleanliness. It is perhaps the cleanest village in Asia.
- Also visit the living root bridge.
- And visit the Dawki river and enjoy boating for the rest of the day.
- Evening back to Cherrapunjee and stay.
DAY 04:- SHILLONG – KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK
- Morning proceed for Kaziranga.
- Evening Jeep Safari / Elephant Safari.
- Drop to Hotel / Resort.
DAY 05:- KAZIRANGA – POBITORA – GUWAHATI
- Morning visit Orchid Park.
- And proceed for Pobitora and Jeep Safari.
- Evening drop to Guwahati Hotel.
DAY 06:- GUWAHATI SIGHTSEEING – DROPPING
- Morning after breakfast visit Pecock island also known as Umananda Temple.
- Shopping at Guwahati and drop at Airport.
